To change your address with the IRS you need to complete form 8822.

Also, be sure to update with your employers so your W2 is mailed correctly and in a timely manner.
You also need to check with the state you live in on their procedures for address change.

The IRS has a form for that. Also, you can file an updated W-4 at your job.
