I feel guilty becuase my mom and dad still lik eto pay for my food and clothes. I told them that they don't have to do that anymore because I have a job now and I told them both they can spend their money on themselves or my other brothers and sisters.

You are so sweet. If your parents don't want you to and you really feel like you should, Maybe you could do the shopping and pay for the groceries once a month. Just because you work, you don't have to support yourself. I think it's great that you're so responsible. Open a savings account. Have a day out with your family, or take everyone out to dinner.

you didn't' ask to be born, thus they should pay for your food.
your job money should go into privileges like a car, or clothes. even a college fund, if thats something you wanna do.
but in my estimation the bare essentials of life like food should be the parents responsibility
maybe not junk food though.
I never felt the guilt about that stuff because i had to make many personal sacrifices for others in the family growing up.

Queen, guilt and teens just don't connect. Why are you taking on so much for yourself?...They should be providing for you..that is their job...giive yourself a break.
You have the rest of your life to be the responsible adult, now is not the time. good luck.

Enjoy it while you can...if they wnat to pay let them, before long when you are out on your own they wont be there to buy all your stuff.
