My dad won't let my little sister open a present and she won't shut up!!

I want him to let her open a present so she might shut up!

The most annoying thing you could do to your dad is to take your little sis to play and distract her away from those presents and let the presents be until it is time for opening the them

Well, if I was your Dad, I would not "give in" to your little sister either!
If so, you become an "enabler", and she then knows what to do to get her own way, and is on the way to becoming a "spoiled brat"!!!
This is no good to you, your Dad, or Society as a whole, or to your little sister...
Let her whine and cry and be a brat, but encourage your Dad not to give in to her, so that she will know what "boundries" that she can not cross, and what is expected of her in Society.

Tell your sister to ask your dad about "how are babies born?" But at the same time tell her to say also "if you can't answer the question dad-then you have to let me open one of my presents... "

Try teaching your annoying - and obviously spoilt sister that Christmas isn't here yet! She needs to learn patience. Good for your Dad - I'm with him!!!

get her to talk in the most annoying voice and say are we there yet etc. i suggest the drunk voice or the robot. they both work wonders.....

every time you get in the car with him, say "are we there yet?" before you even get out of the driveway. keep asking every minute.
