I've seen both, but is there adifference?

When you add "Yo" it adds a more serious tone, strong

while without it, it's more friendly, puppy-love like

nope. it has no difference.. both mean i love you in korean.. but i think sarang haeyo would sound nicer! :)

oh yeah

when you say saranghae... you're just saying i love you plainly to a person. but when you say Saragheyo.. you're telling her/him that you love her with respect.

yo= this is use/ combine with other words for showing respect
