when do i make soup?

it's 9:30. going to a party at 1:30. taco soup takes 30 min to cook. what time should i make it so i can warm it in crockpot until time to leave?

soup can be made ahead and just warmed up any time so if i was you i would make it now and then just reheat and enjoy
