You have to wait untill he has his 2nd jab 2weeks after his 1st jab, then i beleive it is 2weeks after that he can go out.Remember though you can still carry your pup around to get used to new situations, take him out in the car,and carry him round town to get used to people etc good luck

You need an injection at 8 weeks and another at 10 weeks, then you wait 2 weeks, then it is safe to go out. In the mean time, take him out in the garden on a lead/harness so he can get used to it. Your vet really should of told you about this. You dog will need a booster in one years time from the 2nd date. Good luck, remember walking your dog may take a while for him to get used to it, he will not automatically start walking on a lead, it take time, patience and lots of encouragement. Enjoy!

we usually recommend that you wait until 10 days post 2nd injection to take the little one out. this gives his immune system enough time to start producing antibodies to the various diseases where protecting against. there should be around 2 - 3weeks between injections.
this is a good stage in the puppies development to start socializing with other similarly aged pups. studies have shown that dogs socialized around 9 weeks make more tolerant and behaved adults with other dogs.
look into puppy parties at your local vets. its important to find a group that are a similar age and vaccinations status. don't socialize yet with dogs who are going out.
you can though carry him out and about.
