Just TELL her! Why are people so silly about these kinds of things?
Communication is the most important part of a strong relationship. If you can't talk to her NOW about something so easy and simple, how are you going to be able to talk about the tough stuff?
Do something nice...inventive. Like something you both love to do...then tell her how you feel. You don't HAVE to say the "I love you" words at that very moment...but you can tell her all the reasons why. That should give you the courage to say it when you are ready.

There are many ways to tell a person you love her...You could go for a textbook frank and clean declaration or you could try to woo her for some time(slowly get close to her, if you do it too quickly, she might be scared away)...However, the latter is better as it is a gradual process and you will not risk scaring her away with a too overly-passionate declaration...That's the best way not to lose her...Also, you can see through the way she interacts with you if she has any feelings towards you...WiSh you suCcess!!

In my opinion you should just tell her. You may think you have lots of time to figure out what to say and when to tell her, but in actuality you do not. You never know what will happen tomorrow or even what will happen in five minutes. You should always try to tell someone how you feel about them before time runs out. You never know, she might also feel the same for you. If you wait to long she may feel you don't feel for her and look for someone else. From personal experience, that won't sit well with your heart.

Tell her. Don't be too pushy, just honest and gentle. She might not accept you at first but believe me, she'll never forget that you told her that. You'll see. Be brave and be patient-also, be prepared for perhaps a little "fallout", but see it through if you think she's worth it.

ive been there i know how you feel. if she likes you dont worry bout it cuz you wont lose her less you do something stupid u know? go up to her put your hands on her waist and tell her every thing , she might turn and run but then you know shes not for you if it works youll have a great girl on your hands

Honesty is the best policy. It's hard to do, but being cautious will not get you anywhere. Just tell her that you have feelings for her and ask her what she thinks.

simple....just tell her..if you loose her then that gives you a big clue that she doesnt want that kind of relationship anyways and she definately wasnt a real friend to begin with thats no reason to leave
