Why does God say judge, not lest you be judged.
not dont judge, just if you do, then people will judge you.
so make sure your yard is clean before ya tell someone els to clean thiers yard right?
But in the world of saved or not saved, christians make judgment on others to acertain wether they are lost as to save them.
So if a christian says, he/she is going to heaven because of the position they hold in church, or they seem to be godly, or if you are at a funeral and people say wow i know he is in heaven. is not this judgmnet? Can we judge people to heaven just not hell?
im snirious.

this what happen when we judge others
Romans 2:1-10

THEREFORE YOU have no excuse or defense or justification, O man, whoever you are who judges and condemns another. For in posing as judge and passing sentence on another, you condemn yourself, because you who judge are habitually practicing the very same things [that you censure and denounce].
2[But] we know that the judgment (adverse verdict, sentence) of God falls justly and in accordance with truth upon those who practice such things.

3And do you think or imagine, O man, when you judge and condemn those who practice such things and yet do them yourself, that you will escape God's judgment and elude His sentence and adverse verdict?

4Or are you [so blind as to] trifle with and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering patience? Are you unmindful or actually ignorant [of the fact] that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repent ([a]to change your mind and inner man to accept God's will)?

5But by your callous stubbornness and impenitence of heart you are storing up wrath and indignation for yourself on the day of wrath and indignation, when God's righteous judgment (just doom) will be revealed.

6For He will render to every man according to his works [justly, as his deeds deserve]:(A)

7To those who by patient persistence in well-doing [[b]springing from piety] seek [unseen but sure] glory and honor and [[c]the eternal blessedness of] immortality, He will give eternal life.

8But for those who are self-seeking and self-willed and disobedient to the Truth but responsive to wickedness, there will be indignation and wrath.

9[And] there will be tribulation and anguish and calamity and constraint for every soul of man who [habitually] does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek (Gentile).

10But glory and honor and [heart] peace shall be awarded to everyone who [habitually] does good, the Jew first and also the Greek (Gentile).

11For God shows no partiality [[d]undue favor or unfairness; with Him

You know what, you might have a point there. But when judging, you don't have to know how to sing to tell that a person can't sing. Those are the things that you just know.

With judging whether a person is going to heaven or hell, only God can do that because only He has the power. So whatever we say about them, it is not going to change their judgement and the end result.

I'm snirious too, and I think people who are saved have a free pass on Judgment Day. You can still sin.
God says judge not, cause he is the one who will judge, except in the case of saved people, they have already judged themselves saved, therefore they get the free pass. Contact your local Baptist church for details. And every body else goes to hell.

You have things backwards.

We're not to judge whether people are destined for heaven or hell, as that's something reserved to God alone.

We are called to make prudential judgments about the people with whom we interact.

And if we don't want to come off as hypocrites, we should make sure we are following the same rules that God sets down for all.

People assume. Not necessarily judge. You judge peoples actions. God says not to judge because we havent walked in that persons shoes to know why they act or do something. God is the ultimate judge.

you may be taking judgement to another level. In the sense by which we are called not to judge, is in the sense of self-righteousness. To make a snooty call about another's life when yours is in shambles is wrong. But warnings are sometimes misconstrued as judgement. If I dropped out of school in the 6th grade to drink, and smoke, surely my parents are going to warn/judge me that my life is going to be hard if I don't stop. In their form of belief, they don't see clearly how I could become a productive member of society as I'm living. To say that with anger and distain is what turns it from warning to judgement (self righteousness). To say it with caring and love turns it from judgement to warning. You can always tell by just understanding the heart behind the message.

It is NOT judgemental to point out something that someone is doing wrong as told to us through the Bible

If fact, as Christians, we have an obligation to point out things such as this.

We shouldn't do this in an aggressive or "holier than thou" attitude, but do it in a friendly manner.

By the same token, we ALL do things we shouldn't and if someone points out something to us that we are doing wrong, we should accept this as constructive critism

they are obviously not interested in your welfare one bit.
It's like attempting to remove the steering wheel from a car, and then getting in and driving.
The advice that would be in your best interest goes like this:

"Judge well and be prepared to be judged."
