When not much people is around and the hallway/street or whatever is pretty cleared off, get in front of him and just hand it to him with both hands holding the letter and just RUN when he takes the letter from you. That's what I did, it wasn't so hard and I was basically about to FAINT whenever I get too near that guy!! I'm not any braver than you, so don't say you can't do it.

Make it a really simple note. Ask him if he wants to go for coffee (or a soda if you don't drink coffee). As long as it is simple then you risk little. Instead of thinking of how you'll blush as you pass him the note, think of how good it will be when he says yes, and maybe even starts a relationship!

Why do you have to hand him the note... the bet is you will pass him a note... so wait till he's not around, stick it in his locker, his lunchbox, his book, anywhere... you'll find that much easier....
Good luck... and who knows, maybe it'll be the push he needs to ask you out.... Unless your sister is a bi*ch and knows he doesn't like you and just wants you to feel bad... Hope that's not true.
