I have a Chinese friend who reckons that a large dog will not only do for Christmas but will also provide a good family meal in the new year.

hmmph dogs dont have to be for life, dogs are just there to kinda keep you healthy (if your a good dog owner). Dogs can be for life but they probably will unfortunately die if you live for about 80 years etc....Hmmph I really do need a cup of coffee...Merry Christmas

Wouldn't bother with the dog, costs too much at christmas, wait til the January sales are on.

You could try a pet sheeps and have mutton dressed as Lamb!!!

No,But if you choose to own a dog then you will have it until it,s life ends.If you cant make that commitment then you shouldn't get a dog.

If she's smart, she'll dump you. Dogs can't breed with pigs.
