How can I make a christmas noodle salad? How can I dye the noodles green and red? & what flavoring?

I have dyed home made noodles foe St. Patricks Day. You can make a batch of noodles with 2-3 eggs, 1/2 t. salt, 3/4c. water. Mix well. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Cut dough in half, use Wiltons cake decorating food colors(red & Green) knead a small amount into each dough portion add more coloring to get desired effect. Roll out on a very well floured board or counter top. Roll thin, and use a pizza cutter to cut the noodles to desired width. Cook the same as regular noodles. You can make any standard noodle salad with these. The noodles will have no other flavor than regular nooles. Or you can buy noodles made from tomatoes and also spinach noodles. Happy cooking!

you can find it in the grocery store with the rest of the pasta.....they have white , green, and red in one bag just for pasta salads.....green is spinach and red is tomato....it's guick and easy....
