There is no perfect state. In fact if you have heavy allergies you will be sad everywhere you go. The key is to improve your environment so that you are not so beat down all day. Get an air purifier that covers your whole home that is NOT a filter! Filters only take care of particles that are .03 microns and larger. The really bad stuff is smaller and you need a hydroxal radical type system to help. No UV bulbs do not help, HEPA filter forget it, seen it on TV don't make me laugh. If you really feel like moving to a place to feel better get close to the ocean, as the ocean has the largest amount of ions and hence lessens the amount of allergens you are breathing.
