I just started taking the antibiotics this morning, but ive been sick for about 4 days, so when am i not contagious anymore?

Over the counter drugs like Mucinex work wonders, you just have to remember to drink plenty of water for them to work well. Also, Sinus Rinse is great; and is sold in the pharmacy for about $10...it is a saline wash that flushes out your sinuses. Considering you already take Zyrtec, you should ask your doctor about a prescription for a separate decongestant. Liquibid and Respaire are pretty good prescriptions to treat post nasal drip.
