I've been working out for over 10 years. I'm pretty satisfied with my size right now (I'm 5'10, 195 lbs).

I'm pretty strong, I workout at a gym and I seem to lift about as much as anyone else my size. But I do see a lot of guys with smaller arms / chest than me, who bench more than me. How do they put up more weight with less mass?

I don't want to get bulky, I think I'm at a happy medium right now, but I'd like to continue increasing strength. Is this possible?

Probably not. You've got it down, but, as you know, more strength = more mass. What you're not factoring in is that some people are just stronger than other people. I will always remember. When I was in High School one of the guys I knew was really strong, really good body and never worked out. He told me about his father. Small (built like Bruce Lee) but muscular. He worked at a car dealership and would lift the 55 gallon drums of paint off the delivery truck by hand. some people are just stronger than everybody else.
