He's either married and separated or in the process of separating or he's in a common law marriage or living with someone. Either way, probably not a good person to get involved with quite yet.

It's a warning! Any man that says that they are technically married is just trying to justify themselves for being married but can still have an affair. It could be that this man is filing for divorce and actually being honest. But most of the time it's a married man that just wants to cheat and make you feel like you're not a home wrecker so you will agree to go out with him.

I would have to guess that "technically married" means he is NOT divorced.
Do remember that the 2 kids will ALWAYS come first-- you will rate somewhere down the list, maybe even lower than the first wife, and if he has male buddies or brothers-- you will definitely be in the lower part of his top 10 list.

Technically? Probably means that he's married on paper but wife their relationship isn't working. Probably staying together for the kids.
No matter what the reason, IF you like being the "other woman" and not first in his life, go right ahead. BTW...There will ALWAYS be "another woman". "Commitment" obviously means nothing to him. Why would you think that he would be faithful to you if things go that far?
Cheaters are like smokers, they never "quit" , they always have the urge, and they either just don't have one for a while or get better at hiding the habit.

He's married and has not filed for a seperation or divorce? He has obligations elswhere? Don't bother with him unless he is divorced and living in his own place. Chances are pretty high that he'll be going back and forth because of the children. You're setting yourself up for a heartbreak if you do date him.
I was stupid and dated a man who was "Technically Married" and was in the process of seperation.
STUPID! STUPID! STUPID!
It's been 15 years since then and he is still married to his wife.

It means he is married. He used the "technically" to basically say that it doesn't mean much to him. It would be a big mistake to go out with this guy...it's way too messy with a wife and kids to deal with. Tell him to go home and take care of his family and start dating when he's single.

Technically Married probably means seperated but not divorced. At least thats how I would take it as, if your really not sure then ask him exactly what that means. Im sure he'll explain. If not, then tell him when he is completely single, to give you a call.

It means, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Usually these guys are separated from their wives but not yet divorced legally. Tell him you want nothing to do with him until he gets divorced. Until then, he is free to get back together with her. He could be holding off on the divorce because he secretly thinks things will work out again with her/or vice/versa. Be cautious, I sugesst finding a man with no kids and no wife.

RUN THE OTHER WAY AND DON"T LOOK BACK!
This man is telling you he is legally married, but wants to stray!
Any man that is married and wants to date will probably end up cheating on you like he is planning to cheat on his current wife!

technically married means - MARRIED. that means perhaps in transition of divorce or that he's seperated. thing is, regardless if he's married or seperated, he shouldn't be dating until after a divorce and plus - if he were still married, why would you date him???
