i am friends with this on guy that i also like.....but lately he has been ignoring me and so i am also ignoring him.....but every time i look at him he is looking at me but quickly turns away..and he dosent try to talk to me

He is probably attracted to you, and doesn't want you to know he is looking at you in that way.
Just break the ice with him...be the first to talk. He is probably just as uncomfortable as you are right now.
Be fun, don't be confrontational, and just act like nothing is happening.
He will be more comfortable with you then.

You are both playing hard to get and soon you will realise you are wastin time. Hit the nail on the head and get on the roll. What do you loose by letting them know. You gotta know the difference between what you want and what you dont want...and go get it.

hes probably just nervous around you because he likes you and he doesnt want to slip up in front of you and look stupid in his mind. He will probably get over that eventually and get the balls to ask you out but if he doesnt do it soon then you should just stop worrying about him and move on

maybe a argument has happened between you or somehow you might of upset him but by him looking at you nd then looking away hes still intrested so let him no you are

if you truly want to know what's going on, ask him. if he doesn't answer, write him. if he still doesn't answer, don't worry about it. he's not worth your time by playing games.
