I have 3 cat boys , but one of them its just a little devil , very smart but very independent in his actions, when ever he doesnt get food when he wants then he is pissing in the kitchen sink , dont get me wrong that i dont feed them , I DO !! and enough , hard food is there non stop and 3 times a day soft one. So usually he does it in the middle of the night when i sleep or when we are away from home too long. I really tryed everything, i put him with his nouse in there , i spray him with water, and i can see the little bastard understand its wrong and that i hate it but still he does it, because after he does it and i just give him a look about what he just did he runs out and look guilty , or other times he just give that bad look like he did it in purpose.
Any other suggestions ??

There are all kinds of reasons for kitties not going in their boxes and I firmly believe that spite can be one of them. But having said that, it is also extremely important to determine if this is a behavioral problem or a medical one.
Urinary tract infections, crystals in the urine and a narrow or partially blocked urethra can all cause cats pain so they assosiate the box with a painful activity and choose not to use it.
Intact males (non-neutered) can also try to mark what they think of as territory so if he isn't neutered get that fixed. I also agree with the person who said to leave water in the sink but be careful that he doesn't find another place to do his business that isn't as easy to clean as the sink! Good luck,

Start by putting a fresh, clean litter box close to the sink, this gives him an alternative. Then, my most effective cat training tool is mouse traps. Spray some of ur perfume on a few mouse traps, set the and pet them in the sink. When he climbs in he will get the scare from the snap, and he will smell ur scent and know the deal. Male cats are always climbing a social ladder and challenging authority. The best way is to counter his bad behavior with tactics, if you dont like the mousetraps, try lining the sink w/ something unpleasant that will get on his feet. He has the forethought to do it when you are not around, but not the foresight to know you are onto his ways. He needs to be convinced you can reach him even when u are asleep.

Punishing him does NOTHING unless you catch him in the act. What you're most likely teaching him is that it is bad to pee. Pushing their nose into it does not force them to recognize the action, nor does spraying him once its been done.

I would say, find some way to cover your kitchen sink when you go to bed, even if it's just with plastic wrap. Also, keep an eye on him. Cats that pee in odd places sometimes have a urinary tract infection. Does he meow a lot when he goes where you keep the litter box? Has he peed in other weird, smooth places? Take him to the vet and get him checked out. Don't worry about paying for all the tests if he's younger than 8 years old, because it's often inconclusive. If your vet tells you he has a urinary tract infection, just get him on the medicine.

Also, it seems as though you may be over feeding your cats. It is not necessary to have that much food for them all the time.

Sorry but you do need a litter box inside the house. Keep a little water in the sink, it's simple. He may need to be neutered. He could also have urineary track problems. Boy cats can have serious problems with this and he could die from that.Stop calling your cat dirty names! Don't rub his nose in it. He won't know why you are doing that! He knows that you hate him! Admit it!
You call him devil and bastard! Maybe he senses that you don't like him. Poor little boy, he has a human who doesn't even like him! Find another home for him one where he will be loved,Kept inside and taken care of.

try putting a piece of cardboard in the sink(when you are not using it, of course). cut it out to fit it perfectly and line it with double sided tape. the cat hates the tape on its paws and will eventually hate to go in there - to a point where you will be able to remove the cardboard. or try laying aluminum foil on it they ate foil on there feet too. he is doing this as an attention getter - so if he does it, ignore him. if the sink is clear - pay extra "special" attention to him, right by the sink, showing him the sink and saying good boy - etc etc. i know it sounds weird, but it worked for me. my 6 year old was pooping on the floor by the litter box - right in front of us sometimes. he hated it when we would ignore him completely and the behavior changed.
oh yeah- get him checked too there is a chance there is a he may have an infection too. but once you rule out that - then go for the behavior issue.

Put a cookie sheet over the sink. OK maybe I'm just obsessed with cookies right now, because I have made 3 batches already. But really, it might work, especially if he knocks it off and it crashes on the floor, that might make him wake up!

Trail some lemon juice around the sink. Cats hate the smell.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/dupnI

If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.

It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

there are lots of chemicals you can get from the pet stop to spray around the area to stop the cat from peeing there that work to a varing degree, but...
I know this may sound weird but if you know someone that has a dog, ask them to collect the dogs pee for you and spray that where you dont want the cats to pee, and yes I am serious!
It really, really works I swear! and its certainly cheaper than the chemicals that you buy and that dont always work.

Good Luck :-)
