Increase your general aerobic activity and do high rep, low weight training. You can do push-ups, bent-over rows, pull-ups/chin-ups, back extensions, one-arm rows, and deadlifts. Watch your diet as well, because even if you workout every day, eating badly will ruin all your hard work.

You can't "target" any areas to lose fat. You have to burn all over. So you'll have to do aerobic and lots of exercises that make you sweat. Get on a treadmill at least 3 days a week for 45 minutes to a hour, and make sure you drink enough water and work up a good sweat. Eat smaller meals spread throughout the day, and when you eat, eat everything separately: think of your plate as a wheel so start with the meat or whatever and then turn the plate when you're through with that. Go to a pool and ask a lifeguard to teach you how to swim laps and get out there and swim for over and hour at least once a week. Swimming is one of the best exercises for the body because it works out nearly every muscle. Just keep at it.
