I f i were to make a tuna cheese melt. Would this work? Toast the bread lightly, then add butter and grated cheese, and some tinned tuna flakes. put under the grill for 3 minuites. (strong grill) please tell me if that sounds ok

It would work fine, but your cheese wouldn't really be melted. For me when I make a tuna melt, I toast the bread first and then add my tuna and then top it with shredded cheese, and melt the cheese in an oven or toaster over. However you are the one who is eating it so whatever sounds best to you is all that really matters. Good luck and happy eating.

That's exactly how to do it but, watch the cheese 3 min may be too long mound the tuna on the toasted bread 1st not last and forget the butter.
