Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies!

here's the recipe:

1/2 c margarine, butter
12 c peanut butter
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, beat the margarine or butter with peanut butter with an electric mixer on med. to high speed for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 c of the flour, the sugars, egg, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Beat til thoroughly combined. Beat in the rest of the flour. If necessary, cover and chill the dough til easy to handle, usually a few days or atleast 24 hours. It should be stored in the refridgerator. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. If desired, roll in additional sugar! ( it's better if you do ) Put them on cookie sheets and in the oven on 375* until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned. And lastly, when the cookies come out, immediately press a hershey kiss into their centers! Enjoy!
