I have sweetened condensed milk & would love to make some kind of cookies or candy with it. Recpies cannot include "package of" type things, as I don't have access to pre-made foods. (i.e. cake mixes, whipped topping, etc.) Can't wait to hear your ideas!

OOOOH I love dulce de leche. All you have to do is take the can of sweetened condensed milk and boil it in water for about 20 or 30 minutes. Let the can cool, and then open it. It is sooooooo good. I like to dip cookies in it, especially vanilla wafers. It is super yummy and easy.

Try this. Boil the unopened can for 1 hour. This will carmelize the milk. Let cool and refridgerate. Open a can of pineapple rings and place one ring on a saucer. Open the can on both ends, using one lid as a plunger to slowly push the carmel out. As the carmel slides out slice it and place it on the pineapple. yum!
