Not really. It ARTIFICIALLY stimulates the cardiovascular and nervous systems. This gives one a FALSE SENSE of energy and will eventually stress the pancreas and adrenal glands when consumed regularly over time. It is quite acidic (not desirable), and very addicting.

I've read that it is good for your liver. Look it up on the internet! Go to Google and type in coffee"nutrition" and you will see some good sites.
