It is a good question. But first we should know our requirements for whatever we are interested in. Do we need to be a software engineer for our routine household chores. Computer is easiest to learn. Better to find some computer and catch some of ur friends also who knows a bit of operations in computer. This will provide u with sufficient knowledge about computer for day to day use.

In what country are you speaking of? America has many many locally funded computer classes for adults of all ages, many of them are free, or availble at little or no cost.
Most public school, colleges and libraries offer free computer basics classes for adults looking to further their education.
Maybe they dont have them in russia, or where ever you're from, but in america they certainly do.

most middle aged ladies with children have JOBS now-a-days and can learn it them selves. there are better things tax dollars can be spent on, your kids will learn all about computers with out your help, unless they are like you...and you REALLY do need help!
