Unfortunatley there is little you can do. I suffered with acne from the age of 15-22 so I know how upsetting it can be. The only thing to do is wash once a day with a anti-zit lotion such as clearasil. Dont wash more than this as this dries the skin and makes them worse. And never pick them as this can lead to scarring. Also dont take anti-biotics as I was on them for a long time. For one thing they didnt work at all and secondly they led to long term stomach problems. However there is a good lotion you can get from the doctors called topicycline. You put it on your face at night and it really does help. It even helped me and I had really bad acne.
Eat a good diet and drink plenty of water (no caffiene or junk food). This will not get rid of zits it will just stop them from being the worst they can be. Also you can go to the sauna which gives the skin a really deep clean. However with that it will make them worse in the short term but better in the long terms.
The only thing that truly works is time. This may not be what you want to hear I know. What I would suggest is that you just try to take your mind of it as much as possible. This may not sound like much comfort but if you can forget yourself and just enjoy the moment when you have zits you can do it at any time. This will not only serve you now but also in the future. It is the self-attention which causes the difficulties.
But know this - they do go, truly they do! I used to think I was the ugliest person alive. Now I am married to a super hot blonde doctor. Be patient and good luck and get the topicycline. If you can choose to be happy now, you always can be.
Best Wishes
John

Wash you face with Alata soap twice a day (commonly called black soap. Beware of imitation Alata which is just regular soap dyed black) Then use an acne preparation that contains either benzol peroxide or salicylic acid. (My daughter used both, alternating them.) You should see results in a very short time. you can get a small sample of Alata soap in a sample pack that includes it and a few other products from this company for 4 bucks shipping cost..

they are called pimples
you can wash your face, but if you are going to wash your face, make sure you do it 2-3 times daily, and with a good product.
If you have REALLY bad acne, then you can always go to a doctor..a dermatologist, however you spell it, someone who speciailizes in skin care, and they can give you a good prescription that will help you.
