Technically, no. Land O'Lakes company has probably just simulated the flavour of cream without it being actual cream.

If you know of International Delight coffee creams or Duet brand coffee creams, you can get "fat free" but then it technically isn't cream, just cream-flavoured.

It's still a dairy product though.

wal mart sells fat free 1/2 and 1/2....I buy it all the time

no, half cream and half milk..not possible, kind of like sodium free salt,..close but no cigar.
