This is a Hebrew word, you can write it in English however you want and it'll be OK.

In Hebrew it's written חנוכה:
ח- a "CH" as in "loch" (a consonant that the English language does not have, and therefore it is sometimes transliterated as "h").
נ- N
ו- U
כ- K
ה- H

The common transliterations are"Hanukkah", "Hannukah", "Chanukah"...

There are various spellings. Chanukah is probably the more-commonly accepted one but there is also Hannukah. Since it's a foreign word, I'm not sure that there is ONE correct spelling
