and aching breast now and then.......could it be possible that i might be pregnant? or is it my hormones playing with me? please help

If your period was a normal one then it is unlikely that you are pregnant. If not it could be either of those scenarios. Take a pregnancy test to be sure.

If you had a period, then you're not pregnant.
Are you of age to be going through menopause? That's possible.
You could go to a women's doctor, if this continues.
