If you want to bless something, you really don't need holy water. All you need to do, is ask God to watch over what ever this is, and bless it by keeping it safe. No priest or Pastor needed.

There are all kinds of blessings.

If you are wanting to bless your food before eating it; hold your hands on either side of the plate, and give thanks for what you receive; and ask God to bless the food to help you. If your hands are sensitive; you may feel a subtle change in the space between your hands.

As a kahuna; I gather some energy bu deep breathing, then I send the energy to the higher powers and ask the food be blessed; and I almost always feel a suble shift in the area between my hands.

when you pray before you eat a meal and (YOU) say bless this food. You are the one that is asking the heavenly father to bless it, same with anything.
