4 witnesses are easy to find, have the incident photograph or recorded by "machines", a laboratory analysis of clothings, markings on walls, etc, the dusts, stains of blood, semen, strands of hairs, skins blistered found under the fingernails, etc then have them presented to 4 or more persons, it;s a case.
if wearing sexy dresses, it may be concluded as an invitation, hard to seek justice for that except have both of them punish for illicit sexual union. Dresses sometimes have nothing to do with seductions, epecially if the man is really a maniac, the women should know or be oriented that being alone with a man in a secluded area, especially in islamic society is like a sexual overture misinterpreted by them men. So, better avoid at all cost being in such situation. Lowering of gazes should always be practice if talking to a man in islamic areas unless he's your husband, father, or son. Avoid showing the hair, it's like semi naked to them especially if they never been to western cultured grounds.. Even "ugly's" are unsafe to some. Learn basic martial arts, they'll have second thoughts.

Not just that. Its not about dressing. Pakistan prisons are full of rape victims. The rapist is free. That's what a woman's life is worth in an Islamic Country where Sharia law exists. These women have no future, no man will marry them, there family does not want them back.

Hmm

Prophet Muhammad was questioning a man that may have committed a crime.

The man was accused of murdering is own wife. The man was thought to have been abusive and in a rage he lost it and killed his wife.

The Prophet Muhammed questioned the man directly as there weer ZERO witnesses except for the man.

The man cleverly stated that he killed his wife because she had spoken badly about the Prophet Muhammed.

Do you think this man was charged with a crime?
