'cause they eat FISH and therefore they fly OVER the sea:
They quickly learned that they weren't able to fly UNDER the sea.
Only great crested grebe and pinguins can deal with such a task.
Both can fly UNDER the sea.
That's the reason why.
Nothing about bagels or so, believe me
They're not built to FLY UNDER the sea like pinguins.

It is there way of life. The only reason why named the sea-gulls is beacause no one has seen them fly over a bay or a lake.
