what happened why did i get itchy and those itchy spots felt hot?????

You may have had a reaction to the beer. It is not unusual. Alot of people have a problem with the yeast in the beer. A person gets drunk because alcohol depletes the body of sugar and sodium. The best thing to do is to drink some orange juice this will help you. If you drink in the future make sure and drink some juice before you go to bed. Take a shower and if you continue to feel itchy take a benadryl. Don't drink water right away, eat something light first. A lot of the time this will make you feel worse. But you will want to make sure and drink some today to rehydrate your body.

You are likely very dehydrated. It is possible but very unlikely that you have a mild allergy to hops an ingredient in beer.
In the future drink water prior to going to bed or leave a bottle beside your bed.
If you are dehydrated you may also feel like you have a mild backache either side of the lower back. This is caused by your kidneys needing water too.
The itchy spots may be incidental, (ie) having a great time drinking, outiside mosquitos bite you, grass allergy etc you dont notice till the next day.

Go take a bath. Drink some cold water and you will feel better. Seems like you are allergic to beer.

You are probably dehydrated. Drink lots of water or Gatorade.
