Straight up, I'll share a story and tell you how to loose the weight you want without starving and loose it fast.. First of all, your 6'2'' and a 190 pounds....this is not fat or over weight, don't let anyone tell you other wise. Due to a very serious back injury, I couldn't do anything but lay around and get fat as a pig. The biggest problem with that was I was in perfect shape before the accident, running 5 miles every day and fighting rodeo bulls for 8 plus years. Diabetes set in due to the weight and my Doctor told me...loose the weight, loose the Diabetes so, Since I couldn't exercise, Here's what I did....(Never eating breakfast) I started a strict diet of nothing but shredded wheat cereal with 2 % milk twice a day along with coffee through the day. Results...50 pounds in 9 weeks. I didn't have to feel hungry all day long but all that fiber cleaned out my digestive system letting me loose 25 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. I went from 190lbs to 281 to 226 thus, loosing the Diabetes and taking pressure off my back, taking away a lot of the pain. There as, if you want to loose 10 to 15 pounds very fast,( in a week or two) try this. You will really be surprised of the results. It's so simple, I don't know why it's not talked about or recommended by Doctors along with a good multivitamin daily. Good Luck

i had the same problem a few months ago in 8th grade theres actually a simple solution without too many things you have to do you 1. if you drink milk drink skim milk period nothing else 2. do not snack at night!!! i can not stress enough how important that is its difficult trust me but if you can avoid doing that thats usually 200 or more unneeded calories 3. wheat everything if you eat any kind bread or anything make sure its whole wheat whole grains not nearly as good the whole wheat bread fills u up fast so you dont eat as much every day for several months i ate a whole wheat peanut butter sandwhich with skim milk normally i wasnt even hungry by lunch 4. and lastly exercise! take a walk or a jog every day for 30 minutes or an hour it will burn off calories that you dont need thats pretty much how i did it i was 150 and now im 130 (and ripped like a thrift store sweater) so do that and before you eat anything read the label good luck!!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You won’t loose any real weight. Only water weight and once you start eating again all the weight will come back. Starving yourself isn’t the smartest thing to do, but wrestlers do it to trying and make weight.

First off. 190lb at 6’2 is a good weight. If you starve yourself you’re body may burn through all the fat and start eating away at the muscle which isn’t a good thing. Starving your self will also make you weak because your body isn’t getting the fuel it needs to survive.

What I suggest you do is Grab Met-rx from the local GNC or health store.
http://www.metrx.com/
what you want is MET-Rx® ORIGINAL MEAL REPLACEMENT. When I wanted to loose weight for wrestling I would stop eating and only take Met-Rx! I lost weight, but not energy or strength.
Since you play soccer you may want to start out running or biking along with taking met-rx. Another suggestion… if you decided to take met-rx use it to replace two meals. I usually ate lunch, but it was only fruit and steamed veggies. The only thing I drank was water, apple juice and tang.

So don’t do something stupid and starve yourself. Eat health, work out and run. Run at lest 5 miles a day and you’ll be good to go come soccer season.

actually i've heard that you won't lose weight right away by starving yourself, as your body turns to reserve fat/protein/carbs for energy. i would advise eating more fruits and vegetables and lean meats, and cutting back on portion size. also, exercise diligently over the next 2 wks. i don't think your weight's anything to worry about, it seems like you are at a healthy weight. if your school has a workout room, you could ask the soccer coach if you can work out there too.

don't even think about it ... you 'll gove your body 1000 other probelms cropping up from the starving, if you survive 2 weeks that is!! I am serious ... plus if you want to do this for soccer i can assure you after 2 weeks of starving , soccer is something you definitely can't think of, you'll be too weak if not dead! Straighten your mind ... best of luck ... go slow with losing the weight, play soccer next season ...

If you want to get in shape, don't starve yourself! Instead, work out at home by walking (if you're in a safe neighborhood), doing pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks. Starving yourself will make you weak, not strong.
Also, eat healthier!
Brown rice
sweet potatoes
salmon
collard/turnip greens
carrots
blueberries
rasberries
These foods will make you healthier and stronger.

Fasting for two weeks is not the best way to loose weight for what you want to do,play soccer. You would loose aprox.14 lbs. in two weeks of fasting. You must keep your fluid intake up ,no matter what you do.You can die from dehydration faster then starvation.Check with your doctor before you plan to fast.

The above are correct, there is no need to starve yourself and it wouldn't work anyway. If u want to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in, so don't waste calories drinking cokes and eating junk food. Drink water instead and eat things like soup, AND exercise.
