Take it from an Italian. Don't believe all the mafia myths. They don't exist. My kids have a Godfather and he's never whacked anyone or had anyone whacked. Now if I hear one more word about this mafia thing, I'm gonna have to send someone over there. Capice?

If we are talking Don Corleone, he was the classic overseer who did not empower his associates. He was a micromanager.
He also showed great disregard for his employees which in turn led to a lot of "turnover".
He did not offer, health insurance, retirement, and was very stingy with his profit sharing program.
