Take it from an Italian. Don't believe all the mafia myths. They don't exist. My kids have a Godfather and he's never whacked anyone or had anyone whacked. Now if I hear one more word about this mafia thing, I'm gonna have to send someone over there. Capice?

He also showed great disregard for his employees which in turn led to a lot of "turnover".
He did not offer, health insurance, retirement, and was very stingy with his profit sharing program.
