You have to get him to come to you. What I realize about men, and boys is that they do not want a girl that is head over heels crazy for them. They want to be the one doing the pursuing.
What opportunities do you have to be close to him? Use those momments to draw his attention to you such as dropping something near him and stopping to pick it up. Make quick eye contact and then look away, don't look back. Just know that chances are he's looking at you.
He will wonder when given the opportunity to show interest in him you don't and in turn will have you on his mind. This is called playing hard to get and while it is a task of patience it does pay off in the long run. Some of my best relationships started this way.

You have to get close to him through the people he hangs out with esc his friends at school.This way you will know where to find him and avail your self there. Then smile at him and stare at him for a few minutes then look away. He is human and he will definitely respond to a gorgeous girl like you.

it's all about timing.
if you really like this guy make up a "chance encounter".like you accidentally bumped into him at the mall or u dropped your books infront of him...stuff like that.
or ask a friend of a friend to introduce the both of you.
Impress him with your true self...DON'T CHANGE who you are bec. of a guy!...he must love u for u!!!
try being a good friend to him first, so if one dy it didnt work out with the both of u, u still have friendship.
don't act like he's your crush when your with him but act that you care...if you really act like your in-love with him.
he might look away,bec. he didnt knw you that well just yet.

Try talking to him smile a lot a him try to start a conversation. If none of that works show him some skin
