If you want to be a proper man, talk to her, be honest and hope that she can be an understanding person.
If you want an easy way out and really do not hurt her feelings at all, get one of your mates to start flirting with her and maybe take it a bit further. She will feel so guilty, she'll either tell you about it, which you can use as a reason to break up, or if she doesn't tell you, just tell her you feel you're going different ways and she won't be able to fight for your relationship to continue, as she'll know inside she's the reason why you're drifting apart.
Whatever way you do it, do it to her face though, show some respect and consideration, and don't hide behind phone calls or texts.

What ever you do don't use the word "dump".Sounds like she'd be better off with out you anyway.If you have a g/f you should not know about being more suitable with another.You sound like the type of guy who will get tired of her in a while and "dump" her.There is no way to this without hurting her,but you already knew this,didn't you.It doesn't matter if you say' it isn't you its me' .She'll know.Women ,most of them, aren't totally stupid. wow. i haven't heard the word "dump" since i was in high school. okay. sorry. thing is, mister, using the word "dump" really shows your interest in your current girlfriend's feelings. yes, it's admirable that you ask others how to "dump" your girlfriend. but will you be "dumping" this next girl when you find someone else who you're more compatible than her? the reason why i'm saying all that is because i'm attacking your word choice. many psychological reasons behind it. but that's beside the point.
the point is, the best way to break off your current relationship is to be honest. thing is, if you find out that this next girlfriend is not what you wanted, don't be coming back on here asking "how do i dump my girlfriend part 2". be careful whose hearts you break. yours could be the next one and it will hurt just the same if not worse. but be honest with your current girlfriend and tell her why you don't want to be with her. the truth hurts, aggitates and just plain sucks sometimes. but in truth, we find peace.

To be sincere with you, i think you shouldn't 'Dump' your girlfriend b/cos you are not compatible.What you guyz need to do is to sit down and make every necessary amendment into your relationship then things will work out fine.But if you insist on leaving(and not dumping) her for a new girlfriend then it should be done peaceably in such a way that you won't make her feel sad.

u can't not hurt her...but u can ease her pain by not doin the break up and distance urself slowly...and let her feel that the attraction u once had with her is goin away and she'd wanna let u go..so that way u won't hurt her as much...
and dun mention the other gal to her...coz she'd get jealous and hate the other gal and think that she stole u away...
If u realli have to dump her...don't do it via text or email or phone call..thats cowardly and it will hurt her feelings a lot more!!!

See, everyone else says there is no way that won't hurt her, but I say poppycock to all that - they haven't watched enough television, that's all.
What you need to do, is get HER to dump YOU and make her think it's all her idea! The only limit to how you pull this off is your imagination. Eat a bunch of broccoli before your next date and pass gas in public, tell her you have a wierd fetish, stop taking showers, whatever it takes. Then everyone is happy.
