There are so many wonderful people, it's hard to pick just one but, I suppose it would be someone close to Jesus. Matthew, Mark, Luke or John. I would want to sit down and really talk to them about Jesus and his teachings. It's hard to get a context when reading the bible. What tone of voice Jesus was using when he said "If one of your eyes forces you to sin, pluck it out." It would be nice to be able to chat with one of these men who followed Jesus and was close to him to be able to put some of Jesus' teachings into context.

Though not really "in the Bible", the author of the gospel of John. Amazing writer, and rendered the story of Jesus more beautifully than any others (and, might I say, any since).
In the Bible proper, it'd be King Solomon, which has more to do with a lot of the folklore surrounding him than anything in the Bible.
ETA: Wait, maybe Enoch. Because the man most likely reached Kether.

I meet the characters of the Bible every day of the year. Especially Judas, the bean counter. And Paul, the Self-Righteous SOB who puts his fears on others but never sees them in himself. Then there is Noah, the exact specification guy, and Adam, the lover of women. How about Obediah, the guy who escaped the oven, him not so often anymore since its been over fifty years of harboured hate there, and we do know the hate kills the holder. To imagine all these characters led to the production of a man who taught forgiveness as the only way to heaven is wonderful synergy.

Paul.
Paul's meeting with Jesus on the road to Damascus was so powerful that he was able to convert almost everyone that he talked to. He just told them of his experience on the road to Damascus and they believed in Jesus as Lord.
Also, when Paul went into the desert he was called up to heaven to receive the knowledge that he would need to be God's apostle to the Gentiles.
I would have loved to talk to him back in 50 A.D.

I would meet the first Christian believer, namely Mary the mother of Jesus. She is a remarkable woman, that holds many of the hidden events in Jesus human life. I think she was very brave, humble, holy, faithful, and kind.

Jesus called him "son of thunder". And he messed up pretty bad like I have.
Also Adam and Eve, what was the garden of Eden like ect.
Oh no, it would be Moses...
no, um Mary, Jesus' mom. I'd ask what was it like to be 16, not married and prego back then? And was Jesus the perfect kid ect.
no no I'd want to meet John the apostle-he was the one that Jesus loved so very much, he even asked him to watch out for his mom.
too hard to answer...

Satan.
I would thank him for his untiring efforts as Gods loyal assistant. In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

I would want to meet Joseph, the boy sold by his brothers into slavery in Genesis. I'd tell him my dream about the midget in the orange jump suit who torments fat people by putting a rubber chicken into a big jar of mayonnaise, and have him tell me the interpretation.
I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!
