Don't use soap that is highly perfumed or has deoderant in it, such as Dial or Zest. Use Aveeno body wash or Dove unscented. These are very mild. Also, use a lotion for dry, itchy skin like Aveeno. The colloidal oatmeal helps stop the itching. Also, apply your lotion right after your shower or bath. This helps seal in the moisture.

Use a mild, moisturising soap for bathing. After you pat yourself dry on a soft towel, apply a moisturising cream all over your body, particularly in the affected area. See the results after 3 weeks.

I itch, too... :( After bath. It may be the hard water and the sensitivity of your skin. I suggest lotion after shower, and when you wash yourself don'y scratch very hard, as I heard somewhere that when we wash too much we take the upper important layer off our skins...

I think alot of people have this problem. I have it and so does my child. the doctor told us to put on baby oil right out of the shower and apply eucerin cream. It does not contain alcohol like most lotions.

you have to moisturize during this time because the cold, dry air dries your lips and skin out !
