The dream you recall is because you began to wake as something was in your mouth, very possibly acid relux. That does mostly occur during sleep, or should I say laying down and does have a sick taste.You need some antacids. And possible a trip to the doctors.

What flavour? Ice is generally so cold that it deadens the sensory nerves. Soo the whole sensation makes you icky poo, or is it the good ol' Vanilla ice ice baby I thought he was a moron with a big mouth.

it could be your subconscious side warning you of the tribulations envolved when considering oral sex for the first time.
or you may have eaten a spider in your sleep and your mind made you dream to cover up the fact and allow you to continue to sleep fairly peacfully.
i could be totally wrong but eitherway it was only a dream so try not to let it worry you too much.
