What is she trying to ask him? Encourage her not to be so shy. If she wants to ask him out the worse thing he can do is say no.

umm. i think u should go tell that guy that she likes him, and ask him if he likes her at all, if he says yes, go tell ur friend that he likes her, and she will go ask him out! gl

what you should do is try to boost her confidence up that will help alot really. and then go in for the kill.
