exercises: pullups/chinups, pushups(search internet, there are many different types to hit different angles), crunches, leg lifts.
if trying to bulk: eat more calories, mostly lean meat and complex carbs
if trying to get lean: eat fewer calories, fewer complex carbs.
add cardi of some kind(walk, jog, windsprints...do what you can accomplish without injury)

good sites are:
www.rosstraining.com
www.dragondoor.com
www.bodyweightculture.com..???

there is also a forum section on rosstraining.com how to make quality homemade equipment for cheap.
p.s. chinups are great for adding bulk to biceps, ab work should be the least of your worries for "show"...cardio and burning calories will show your midsection, not tons of situps. focus on strengtheng abs, cutting calories and working up to some foem of sprint training or jogging for abs.

For the triceps - do pushups with your hands about six inches from each other. Do as many as you can. Another poster said weight ten minutes between each set but I'd recommend cutting that down to 2 minutes in between each set :-).
As far as the biceps go I can't think of any other excercise than curls for the most direct workout so you'll need some weights. Take a big empty bottle of Clorox and fill it with water and you have some inexpensive weights. Use your imagination.
For abs, do crunches, and leg raises back to back. As many sets as you like.

I wouldn't buy expensive workout equipment. I'd get the Prevention series of workouts with Chris Freytag. She has awesome workouts that all you need to buy is 3-5 lb handweights and do her exercises every day. (I have the complete collection of Prevention videos and I pick one a day and do it according to my mood) If i'm tired and don't want to get down on the floor, I pick the walking video, if i feel quite energetic I pick the 3-2-1 workout. If I haven't got much time, then I go do an abs workout. They are good videos with a balance of cardio, weightlifting and calorie burners. Good Luck.

Do 50 push-ups (or however many you can do before you can't do another).
Wait for 10 minutes.
do another 50.
Wait another 10 minutes.
do another 50, but keep going until you can't do another.
remember to drink a lot of water, and eating protein (meat) helps build muscles.

Do the same thing with sit-ups, just maybe 30 at a time.
stick your feet under a dresser or something so they won't come up and touch your elbows to your knees.

The best way to work this is probably to do the 3 sets of push-ups one day, and the sit-ups the next. Then just alternate.
