Hi so you want to know the best source of proteins?
For vegetarians, it is soya products including tofu and
for non-vegetarians, it is beef. If you compare between
soya products and beef, the best source is beef. To
add here, since India's majority population is Hindu, beef
is not easily available except in big hotels. Therefore, next
good sources of proteins are shrimp, fish, mutton, pork, chicken, egg & most of the sea foods, etc. For vegetarians, other sources of proteins are cheese, red & green beans, pulses, seeds, nuts, yoghurt, dairy milk and in fact, small quantity of proteins are available in many vegetables, etc. Frankly, you do exercise or not, you need proteins. For those, who are more active, e.g.
who perform different physical exercises, they need more
proteins. Proteins play most important role in building
your bones and muscles. In addition to proteins, you also
require some fats for your body esp. for lublication purpose. As far as protein bars and tablets are concerned, these are health fads only. Very very few good qualities of these protein bars/tablets are available in the market. The best is to go for proteins from natural sources. Enjoy your proteins. Good Luck.

at the same time as i replaced into interior the service, i replaced into going heavy on the protiens, not reason i wanted to muscle up, reason I loved it. i'd make my cheese omlett sandwich, or a braunswieger sandwich (basicly liverwurst, heavy protien) eating heavy meats like beef about 3 circumstances a week, fowl to leaven between, pastas for the necessary power to procedure the protien. I continually hated the flavor of the protien beverages, no count number how they fix the formula. Like a million% strawberry milk, yuck..

in veg it is Soya products and in non-veg go for skin less chicken and lot of fish...

FYI-- no matter how much protien you take, the important thing is how much your body saturates...
