If you are constantly sleepy check for one of the following causes.
1. Check that you aren't getting carbon monoxide poisoning from a gas boiler.
2. Check with your doctor that you don't have 'ME' ('Mono' to the US readers)
3. Check with your doctor that you're not clinically depressed.
If none of the above help, have some coffee.
