If I had a cent for every time I've read this question on here, I'd be rich.
There is no magic answer. You're either good at chatting up women or you're not and if you were good at it, you wouldn't have to ask us this question, would you?
You'll just have to learn like the rest of us did, through trial and error. Just don't be arrogant or rude, that's the kiss of death when you talk to women.

A very interesting question. If you think she is interested, just ask her lots of questions about herself, and her friends, family etc.
Another good ploy is to ask them about their FEELINGS, something we men often overlook. For instance, ask her how she is feeling today, or even how she feels about a certain movie, point of view or something. They can talk about their feelings for hours.
Don't make the mistake of introducing cars, football, alcohol, music or sex into the conversation, They won't thank you for it.
Oh and by the way. Never, EVER comment on a woman's appearance. They'll always try to "read" something into the remark. Avoid this subject at all costs.

To be honest if u have anything in common with her in the first place the conversation should just flow as natural, two people that have nothing to talk about and awkward silence's are destined to fail, only thing to do is be yourself she'll either like you or dislike you.
