Leroy is a name, from the French "le roi", the king.

Learoy: is not a French word, it does not exist. Perhaps it is a phonetic spelling and if so it probably means Le Roi, in old French Le Roy, and it is pronounced"phonetically "Larôai" for Le Roi.But maybe it is "Learoy" pronounced "Lesrois: the Kings.
