2) How much shorter should a girl be than her boyfriend?

the average size of my high heels are 4 inches
a girl should be able to wear high heels without being taller than her bf

the maximum size of high inch in about 5-6 inches, my sister likes them, and a girl should be about 3-5 inches shorter than her BF.
