is it possible that my friend can fly with me and my mother to a UE country from the UK if he is under 18?

i am going holiday with my mother and a mate wants to come with us... he is 16. Is he allowed by law to come and have my mum as a care taker?

yes, so long as your travelling with an adult, you dont need to be related to that adult

Of course he is. They don't mind who you go with. At 16 he could fly on his own.
