I doubt the rent is as low as $500 to 750.. It is expensive there

Check in with the koolaid shoppe. They have some good
clubhouse ideas to raise the service market in favor of FREE.
The newest buyers are no different then the previous, none
have the real money. Bring something like sherbet.

NoHo is nasty.
A friend of mine was a dentist, but not certified yet. He and a roommate shared a studio in NoHo. He was still broke.
Save as much as possible. LA and adjacent is very expensive.
