It is as like as land phone to abroad land phone. First is to dial international code “00”, then country code, (if USA, then “1”), then and the mobile number.
In some cases, if the mobile number start with “0”, that would not be required to dial. Its depend on the country T&T system.

Dial international first- 00 then the country code for example if it was the uk - 44 then the mobile number you want, if it has 0 as the first number take it off eg if the mobile number you wanted was 01234 56789 the whole number you would dial would be 00 44 1234 56789

if it is a uk mobile just dial their same number as normal. if it is an overseas mobile, just do the same as you would if it was a land line number. ie, dial 00, the country code, miss the preceding zero, then the rest of their number as normal.

if its some one from the uk, whos just gone abroad with their uk mobile, just dial the number as normal, if its a foreign phone, you need the 00, then the country code

just put the country code excluding the city code and remove the '0' in front of the number
e.g. mobile number 08624228
country code : 001
you dial - 0018624228

sometimes u dont have to if the mobile your callin is already to use abroad. when my mates go aboard i just dial no need for any speacial numbers or anything!

take the zero off the front and add the country code from your phone book to the front of the number
