I LOVE butter and white bread. I actually wrap a slice of white bread around a stick of butter and just eat it like that. I love everything with carbs, like white bread, white rice, I LOVE carbs. I hate fruits and vegetables and crud like that, but I haven't felt very good lately, really tired and disoriented. I weigh about 110, I actually LOST weight. I don't know how to keep it on and I don't like eating most healthy foods. What can I do to pack on the pounds and without eating like, fruits and vegetables and stuff like that? I want to feel healthy too while doing it.

seems like you know why vege and fruits are good so i am not going to 'lecture' on their wonderful vitamins, minerals or why we must take them and so on....

if you want to be healthy without eating vege/fruits, take pills... those multi-vitamin& mineral pills. n of course water and be active.

if the sight of them or their tastes repel you, use them in small amounts, cut them into tiny pieces or hide them from your eye-sight. for example, you can smash the vege, mix them with your rice n swallow the rice right away. this way you do not really have to bite into the vege, see or even taste them.

changing the cooking method that appeals to you might make encourage you to eat more of them. go for a food hunt someday with your pals and see which vege/fruit dishes/drinks you like.

You have not given your age and height to decide whether you are underweight.
It is our natural tendency that we eat more, the things we like most. Butter, fresh and in less quantity is healthy, but more quantity has extinguished your hunger. Now you are eating without hunger and it is being thrown away in toilets without assimilation. Therefore first thing you should do is to stop eating too much butter and curtail the quantity till you feel good hunger.
Secondly you should select a balanced diet. You are getting only a few calories, but what about most essantial vitamins, minerals and proteins. Therefore you will have to add green vegitables, sprouts, fruits to get vitamins as well as minerals and beans, meat, fish etc for protein fulfilment.
Above all you should play outdoor games or exercise regularly to increase your hunger, otherwise everything will be in vain.

You might have eaten something that's upsetting your digestive tract. It doesn't mean you've eaten something bad, but there might have been some contamination in SOMETHING you ate, and your body's just having a hard time passing it through. it could be food poisoning, stomach flu, or maybe lovesickness (it's what I had, and it is a real ailment) you should be ok, just drink plenty of water, diarhea dehydrates you. if it persists, go see a doctor

Mate, if you eat crap, you're gonna feel like crap. If you want to feel healthy, you have to eat healthy food. Simple as that.
Keep eating butter wrapped in bread (which I find very hard to believe), and you'll end up worse than crap. You'll be dead.
