You are mentally disturbed. Get some help. Then find out how much the van damage costs and quietly pay it back. Sure he had to spend Christmas at his ex wife's place. It is the mother of his children. If he forgives you for this you are lucky. What if his children were in the van? Are you going to think for one moment he would want to be with someone so dangerous? He has his kids to worry about too. You could have seriously hurt someone or killed them. Would that have made you feel better? I don't think so. You have serious anger issues and you need professional help.

I am sorry you can not stay with your boyfriend on Christmas Day. I think you much have been very upset when you heard this. Christmas is a very lonely time if you are on your own and you are bound to be jealous as well of his ex. And you lost control. But can you see his point of view? He has to be a responsible parent and be with his kids. But you need to own your feelings and not take them out on other people. If this is something you do a lot yes, go to your doctor and ask for anger management. If it was a one off, just learn from it and move on.

No, I easily can say I in no way have... It sounds like deep down, think about themes with a number of your contacts and ought to favor to inflict some type of exact harm.......you are able to favor to seek anger administration sessions or a male hooker to alleviate rigidity... yet, after I did first study the " see extra out of your contacts " , I did click on hoping that they'd invented some new contact lens imaginative and prescient step ahead

What you did was illegal. I hope you get caught and then get some help - psychiatric or counselling for jealousy. Of course he should stay some time with his Kids. It is Christmas time for goodness sake. Get a life and act like an adult.
Write him a letter. And then get your own life in order. Volunteer at a soup kitchen or something. Then you will know what suffering is like.

Damn right it was irresponsible of you to act like you did.Have you tried the little word SORRY & really mean it,obviously you love him your actions speak louder than words but maybe for the future you should think of all reasons before jumping to a wrong conclusion.
